My family and I flew Alaska Airlines for the first time this May, and we were pleased with the airline service. The one carry-on and personal item onboard were free and the aircraft seats were very comfortable with good legroom. They even provided us drinks courtesy,. Soda, Coffee, water, and tea were without any charge, and few snacks were also complimentary. The staff was super attentive and very easy to talk to. The whole flight was exceptional. I recommend flying Alaska to everyone.
I booked my first post covid flight, and I was scared of many things as the times have changed right now. But making Alaska Airlines booking in this situation was the best decision ever. The check-in service was good as we had the explorer card, so bags are free. We are pre-approved TSA so getting through was also easy. The boarding process was smooth. The Ramp agent was polite and reminded us to wear our masks onboard. The flight crew handled the arrival quite well. Everything came out okay, and I reached my destination safely. In most cases, the flight is smooth, and flight attendants must work hard to ensure that people wear masks correctly. On my return flight to Los Angeles International Airport, there were only 24 people on the entire plane, so they almost said to sit wherever you want. The stewardess seemed relieved that the plane was out of space. There are no complaints in general.

The Ticketing gentleman was so kind, very interesting, and very knowledgeable. The flight attendants are also accommodating and approachable. The Internet is not a real advantage.
